With 14 years of experience as a school social worker and therapist, I am dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and young adults through a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, learning difficulties, and self-esteem issues.
My clinical approach combines trauma-informed care with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse settings, including schools, mental health clinics, and private practice, which has enriched my understanding of how environmental factors shape mental health. This has deepened my belief in a holistic approach to treatment—one that not only addresses emotional and psychological well-being but also highlights the critical connection between physical health and mental health. By providing psychoeducation and fostering an integrated view of health, I empower clients to take an active role in their healing journey.
I am passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their challenges and work toward lasting change. My goal is always to help individuals build resilience, improve coping strategies, and ultimately lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Our family counseling services are designed to help families overcome challenges related to communication, conflict, and other issues. Vanessa works with families to identify strengths and weaknesses, improve communication and problem-solving skills, and develop a stronger sense of cohesion and support.
Our child and adolescent counseling services are designed to help young people overcome a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and more. I use evidence-based techniques to help children and teens develop coping skills, improve self-esteem, and achieve greater success in school and other areas of life.
